Ethiopian Assemblies of God Church Aid and Development Association (EAGC-ADA) is a local non-profit humanitarian NGO that Works in partnership with government agencies, local community and implementing partners. EAGC-ADA has started its operation in 2000. Currently, EAGC-ADA operates in Addis Ababa City Administration (Kirkos and Lideta sub-cities), Oromia Regional State (Burayu, Zeway, and Woliso), and Amhara Regional State (Bahir Dar).
Objectives of the assignment
EAGC-ADA is seeking the service of a Consultant to conduct:
- Review the current organizational structure of EAGC-ADA so that it could accommodate the changes in the organization which include new positions and new wings.
- Assess the current salary scale and benefit packages of EAGC-ADA staff and thereby make the necessary adjustment based on the paying capacity of the organization.

The consultant firm is expected to have the following qualifications:
- MA/MSc and above in Business Administration, Management and/or in related fields
- Minimum of one-year professional experience working in consultancy work
- Extensive experience in organizational development in local or international NGO’s
- Excellent technical capacity in organizational design and development
- Experience working with a similar organization.
- Demonstrated experience in writing a high-quality report

Those who satisfy the criteria indicated above will be considered for selection and those who win the offer shall be awarded the jobs. Applicants are expected to submit a copy of the TIN number and Trade License. EAGC-ADA shall withhold 2% if the individual consultant has a TIN number & License or 30% where he/she does not have a TIN number & License as per the Ethiopian Tax legislation.
The technical proposal, including a resume of the consultants with supporting documents, print out documents that show previous work experience, names and contact information of a minimum of two previous clients, and financial proposals should be submitted separately in a sealed envelope on or before 9th of December 2021, at 4:00 P.M in person.
