Call for Consultancy Proposals: Audio-Visual E Motion Picture Production

Reach for Change Ethiopia invites qualified consultants and firms to submit proposals for:

• Lot 1 – Whiteboard Animation Videos for the Green Innovation Lab (GIL), supported by the IKEA Foundation.
• Lot 2 – Annual Impact Story Animation Video for the EdTech Fellowship Program, supported by Mastercard Foundation

Scope of Work Includes:

• Converting 9 revised curriculum modules into engaging hybrid whiteboard animations (Lot 1)
• Producing a data-driven, story-based animated impact video plus social media teasers (Lot 2)
• Delivery of all videos in HD quality, with voiceovers, subtitles, and editable source files
• Full adherence to RfC’s visual identity, branding, and storytelling standards

Eligibility:

• Proven experience in educational or advocacy-based animation.
• Teams including animators, illustrators, scriptwriters, and voiceover artists.
• Demonstrated capacity to deliver culturally contextual content and adhere to ethical guidelines (no AI-generated visuals).

Submission Requirements:

• Technical and financial proposals (password-protected financials)
• CVs of key professionals
• Portfolio (min. 3 samples)
• Business license and tax clearance
• Confirmation of timelines, sample mood board, and agreement to IP and revision terms
