The following instructions need to be followed when submitting proposals:
- Clearly establish an understanding of the services required and separate out activities according to the TOR.
- Technical documents requested in the TOR.
- Financial proposal broken down by activities/deliverables, and technical proposal,
- Renewed Business license for the fiscal year
- VAT certificate
- Tin certificate
- Sample of past work: applicants are requested to submit links to websites developed and designed to demonstrate the experiences required by this Terms of Reference.
- Proposal writing
- Technical proficiency
- Financial management

Both technical documents must be submitted in a soft copy and financial proposals must be submitted in a hard copy format in person to the address specified below. the “bidders’ name, address, and the tender reference number and title as stated above. The tender must be submitted to SCI by October 20, 2025.
