Caritas Switzerland (CACH) is a registered international humanitarian organization that has been supporting various programs in Ethiopia since 1974. With a major focus on climate, income, migration, and humanitarian aid, CACH is seeking to hire a qualified consultancy firm on a competitive basis in accordance with the terms and conditions illustrated in the Terms of Reference (TOR) prepared for this consultancy service.
The objective of the consultancy is to develop a customized application or software that will enable the preparation of payroll, enhance fixed assets inventory recording and control, preparation of employees’ timesheet, calculating of annual leave, performance appraisal, employee database, and staff development (training) application and approval systems.

The successful bidder for this contract will have extensive experience and track record in developing and implementing similar applications. The team should consist of at least one senior expert with adequate expertise or experience in the area.
CACH reserves the right to fully or partially cancel this bid for consultancy services.
A complete application should consist of a technical proposal, financial proposal, a detailed CVs of key people working on/implementing the TOR, Company information/registration and references of similar works done. A financial offer with a detailed cost breakdown in ETB should be included.
The applicant should legally registered and have renewed license.
