Call for Applications for the ADF Youth Leadership Program

Do you want to grow your confidence, improve your leadership skills, and become a strong voice for change?

• Do you have a disability?
• Are you between the ages of 18 and 35 on the day of application?
• Are you a citizen of Ethiopia
• Can you participate using Basic English, or Sign Language?
• Can you commit to spending about 3 hours every week from August 2025 to July 2026 on the learning program?
• You do not have to be a member of a disability, youth, or women’s organisation to qualify.
• Board members of these organisations can apply.
• Staff members of the ADF, Light for the World, and the We Can Work Program are not eligible to apply. This includes DIFs and TOTs.
