Job Description

Do you want to grow your confidence, improve your leadership skills, and become a strong voice for change?

About You

Do you have a disability?
Are you between the ages of 18 and 35 on the day of application?
Are you a citizen of Ethiopia
Can you participate using Basic English, or Sign Language?
Can you commit to spending about 3 hours every week from August 2025 to July 2026 on the learning program?
You do not have to be a member of a disability, youth, or women’s organisation to qualify.
Board members of these organisations can apply.
Staff members of the ADF, Light for the World, and the We Can Work Program are not eligible to apply. This includes DIFs and TOTs.
