Call for Applications: Data Collection Partner in Ethiopia at Ground Truth Solutions (GTS)

Location: Ethiopia

Organization: Ground Truth Solutions

Deadline: 28 July 2025

Job Description

Duration: 2 months

Work locations

• East Bale Zone, Oromia: Sewina Woreda, Raitu Woreda
• Gofa Zone, South Ethiopia: Gezzei Gofa Woreda

In early 2025, IFRC and GTS started a joint project to enhance accountability systems in humanitarian operations in Ethiopia. This will be achieved through the development of an evidence-based tool to measure the quality, relevance and effectiveness of humanitarian operations from the community perspective and people’s priorities for action.

Insights will not only be used to improve future operations, but also to refine early action and emergency response strategies. As part of this project, GTS is looking for an independent service provider to conduct a quantitative survey and a series of community dialogues in two zones having received humanitarian assistance in the last 12 months.

The aim is to gather initial insight into community perspectives of humanitarian assistance and to identify key themes and priorities for ensuring and assessing program quality in the future.

For further information on the project and the application process see>>> Terms of Reference (ToR). Or https://www.groundtruthsolutions.org/about-us/work-with-us
