Job Description
Scope of Service:
- Booking airline tickets for domestic and international travel.
- Issuing e-tickets and providing itinerary details.
- Managing changes, cancellations, and refunds.
- Providing customer support related to ticketing issues.
- Ensuring compliance with travel policies and regulations.

Interested service providers are requested to submit their proposals including:
- Company profile
- Service charges/price list
- Accreditation/license information
- Contact details
About You
- Proven experience in airline ticketing and travel services.
- Competitive pricing with transparent service charges.
- Ability to handle urgent bookings.
- Professional customer service.
- Effective communication and sociability
- Integration of visual communication in social media platforms
