Key Responsibilities
- Work according to brewery safety policies and rules to establish a culture of health and Safe workplace.
- Ensuring clear and reliable reporting of Near Misses, Safety Tags, Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS) observations, First Aid incidents, and Accidents to your line manager.
- Make sure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards in your area and DCS room.
- Report any unsafe behaviors through the BBS.
- Prepare a daily material losses summary for all brewing raw materials (raw materials, auxiliary, and cleaning disinfection chemicals and update the relevant charts
- Update materials usage stocks report.
- Do daily production stock transfers and update relevant reports.
- 100% posting of OTIF transaction documents (Return, Receipt, consumption)
- Prepare a monthly material losses summary for all raw& auxiliary materials
- Provide information for consumption in a clear and concise manner, identify appropriate sources of data capture, capture, and record data using the appropriate system, format, and frequency.
- Posting is accurately done to achieve targets for, overdue production orders, timely input of production orders, and stock adjustment changes.
- Participate in and assist monthly and yearly inventory count. • No overdue production orders, closing on a daily basis, and ASTRO.
- Office supply inventory is maintained and replenished based on usage trends.
- Bright beer consumption accuracy
- Consumption of brewing materials within the tolerance range
- Prepare and implement SOPs & OPLs from the improvement ideas generated.
- Use the right TPM problem-solving tools to address issues
- Actively participate in TPM improvement teams (Kaizen, UPS, RCFA, Loss Reduction Teams…)
- Assist in TPM data deployments
- Participate in improvement teams’ activities for TPM
- Update filings for documents, records, and reports
Job Requirements
Experience
- 0–2-year experience
Education
- Bachelor’s in Chemistry/Food Technology/Chemical Engineering/ Process Engineering or similar fields of study.
