Faith in Action (FIA) was a non-governmental organization established in 2010G.C, as Ethiopian Residence Charitable Association. Then Re-registered and accorded with legal personality on 29/05/2019 as Local Organization in accordance with the CSOs proclamation No.1113/2019. FIA is built upon the premise of that Children, Women and Youth, are the promise of the successful development of Ethiopia, hereby invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of medical items for its ongoing humanitarian health programs.

1. Items to Be Procured:

A detailed list of the required medical items can be found in the bid document, which can be collected from the FIA Head Office during working hours (Monday–Friday, 02:30 – 11:00(LT).

2. Bid Submission:

• Interested and eligible suppliers may collect the complete bid document from the FIA office located at Addis Ababa, Lideta subcity, woreda 03, Bisrate Gebriel, Kelifa Sabet building ground floor in front of Adot Building.
• Bidders must submit their technical and financial proposals separately in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the procurement reference number.
• All bids must be delivered to the address below within 10 (ten) consecutive calendar days from the date of this announcement (from October 30, 2025 to November 8, 2025).
• Late bids will not be accepted.

All bidders must provide the following documents:

• Valid business license for the current year
• VAT and TIN registration certificates
• Supplier registration certificate (if available)
• Evidence of past performance and experience in similar supplies
