Established in 2019, Deborah Foundation is a registered non-profit organization with a mission to improve the lives of children with Down Syndrome and other intellectual disabilities through support in the areas of Health, Education, and Policy Advocacy.

Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and a passion for helping clients achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor and document clients’ progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to support client treatment.
• Educate and support clients and their families on behavioral health issues and treatment options.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions.

Salary

• Net salary of ETB 17,000

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral therapy.
• Certifications in Behavioral Therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
