Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our talent and management consultancy firm in a hybrid role that combines strategic HR consulting with business development responsibilities. This position is crucial for strengthening our internal HR capabilities and expanding our client base through the development of effective proposals, project implementation, and relationship management. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with 3-5 years of proven experience in driving results, preferably holding a Master’s degree.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development & Client Engagement (35%)

– Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities in the HR consulting sector through market research and networking.

– Co-lead business development efforts with the General Manager and the Managing Partner to develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.

– Coordinate with the Business Development Officer to ensure aligned opportunity pursuits and avoid duplication of efforts.

– Maintain and update CRM systems with pipeline information and client intelligence.

– Represent the company at industry events and professional networks.

2. Proposal Development & Technical Writing (25%)

– Lead the creation of comprehensive technical and financial proposals for HR consulting projects.

– Develop robust pricing models, fee structures, and cost-benefit analyses for client proposals.

– Maintain a repository of proposal templates, case studies, and capability statements.

– Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and strategic alignment in proposals.

3. Project Implementation & Quality Assurance (20%)

– Oversee the successful execution of HR consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time and to the highest quality standards.

– Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project implementation, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.

– Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources.

– Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and inform future service offerings.

 

4. HR Strategy & Operations (20%)

– Strengthen internal HR structures, policies, and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and compliance.

– Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, and performance management systems.

– Support the Employee Experience Lead in designing and implementing complex HR initiatives, providing operational support to lighten the administrative burden on senior staff.

– Advise on HR best practices and industry trends to enhance service delivery.

– Conduct internal HR audits and recommend system improvements.

About You

– Education – A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.

– Experience – A demonstrated ability to perform the duties of a professional with 3-5 years of experience in HR consulting, focusing on business development and project management.

– Technical Expertise – Proven proficiency in writing both technical and financial proposals, along with strong analytical skills to create pricing models and perform cost-benefit analyses.

– Core Competencies – Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational abilities are essential. The role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, a solid understanding of the local labor market, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
