Pharo Foundation is seeking a reliable, proactive, and people-oriented Administration & People Support Officer to support the School Principal and the People & Culture team in ensuring smooth school operations and a positive employee experience.
The role will have a strong focus on employee relations and staff support, serving as a first point of contact for employees on day-to-day workplace matters. The post holder will help build a respectful, supportive, and engaged working environment by listening to employee concerns, providing appropriate guidance, facilitating communication, supporting the resolution of workplace issues, and escalating sensitive matters to the People & Culture team when required.
In addition, the role will support recruitment, onboarding, training and development, HR administration, employee engagement, and general administrative activities for the school. The position will work closely with the School Principal and People & Culture teams in Homosha and Addis Ababa.
