We have openings for motivated intern, associate consultant and dynamic Admin Assistants to join our ever-growing collaborative team and contribute to meaningful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administrative and office operations.
• Assist in financial tasks, including processing payments, handling receipts, managing petty cash, and maintaining financial records.
• preparation of payment vouchers, receipts, and invoices
• Assist in bank transactions, deposits, and basic reconciliations
• Support procurement processes and ensure proper documentation.
• Manage routine office communication.
• Provide logistical support for meetings, trainings, and field activities.
• Ensure all finance documents are properly labeled and archived
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation
• Basic knowledge of financial procedures and documentation.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, Excel, email communication).
• Proficiency in Accounting Software (e.g., Peachtree)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail.
