Humedica e.V is German based international NGO registered in Ethiopiain February 2010 and reregistered on July 8, 2019 with registry No.1605 as foreign charity. Currently, humedica e.V Country Office is looking an intern to support finance department.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Finance team in scanning and uploading documents in cloud platform
• Filing and Archiving:- Organizing and maintaining both physical and electronic financial documents
• Filing documents and managing vouchers
• Support with accounting entries and preparation of periodic financial reports
• Assist with month-end closing, account reconciliations, and invoice processing
• Learn and apply accounting software tools and Excel
• Participate in the financial report preparation process
• Support tax filing and assist with accounts payable/receivable
• Performgeneral administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and appointment scheduling

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Must be a fresh graduate (2024/2025)
• Willingness to work as an intern
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in accounting software and spreadsheets
