Roles and Responsibilities
Main purpose of job:
The job holder will be working as part of the post technical team. The job holder main objective will to assist the general operation of technical work group (TWG) office – in related with work request process, staff management, control and record keeping. Supporting the department to achieve its goal by helping customers get a quality service.
Roles and responsibilities:
Technical team general operation support (75%):
- First point of contact for work request enquires submitted to the technical team.
- HERA : Raising requisitions (purchase order ) and receiving goods and services.
- Liaise with business partners, contractors, service providers and government offices to facilitate enquires.
- Estate record keeping, inputting information on IT package, updating work progress, Recording the staff annual leave, preparing monthly overtime sheet.
- Process works requests and Preventive planned maintenance (PPM) schedule.
- Record all completed works requests including costs.
- Pyramid: Entering maintenance information.
Administrative support (25%):
- To deputise for the TWG office manager in their absence.
- Processing day labours weekly payment and passing on to accounts.
- Check fuel distribution list and send it to the transport team every month.
- Check all TWG vehicle journey sheets.
- Communicating with land lords by representing the technical team.
- Skills to maintain a variety of strategic engagement tools and respond in a timely manner to queries.
- Degree in customer service, management or related field
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge on Health and safety procedure
- Written and verbal communication
