01. Store Keeper

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming goods and supplies.
  • Organize and maintain store inventory neatly and systematically.
  • Issue materials and supplies as per approved requisitions.
  • Monitor stock levels and prepare requisitions for replenishment.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock in the inventory management system.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts and report discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage, loss, or theft.
  • Coordinate with procurement and finance for supplier reconciliation.
  • Enforce safety, cleanliness, and security standards in the store.

About You

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and inventory software.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Job Summary:

The Building Administration Officer will oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and utilization of company buildings and facilities. This includes ensuring smooth operations, safety compliance, and cost-effective building services management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage building maintenance, repairs, and service contracts.
  • Oversee utilities (water, electricity, security, cleaning, etc.).
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are followed.
  • Supervise outsourced service providers (guards, cleaners, technicians).
  • Monitor and control building-related expenses.
  • Administer tenant lease/occupancy agreements and keep updated records.
  • Follow up on compliance issues with tenants and ensure adherence to policies and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain building occupancy records and facility usage schedules.
  • Assist in facility upgrades, renovations, and space management.
  • Prepare periodic building administration and maintenance reports.

About You

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in building/facilities administration.
  • Knowledge of health & safety standards.
  • Experience in tenant/lease administration is an advantage.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
