01. Quality Control Supervisor

Role Overview
The Quality Supervisor oversees production operations to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards. The role includes monitoring documentation related to PRP, HACCP, and the food safety management system, and ensuring proper implementation of all control measures.
The position also involves supervising staff to maintain consistent adherence to food safety and quality practices across all operations.
About You
The minimum requirement is education in food-related discipline, such as food science, Foo Technology & process Engineering, Food Engineering, Food Science & Post Harvest technology chemistry or food industry management. Must be knowledgeable about all food safety standards that are customary within the food industry and mandated by government regulations. Be competent and trained in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) management system principles.
