Location: Ripple Effect International Country Program office Addis Ababa with frequent field to travel

To lead the project M&E and Data Management technical support for districts under the supported field office.

About you
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for passionate individuals with a solid foundation in statistics, computer science, business or quantitative economics, sociology, community development, social work, or similar fields. An advanced qualification in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), especially with a post-graduate diploma from a reputable institution, is highly desirable.
Experience & Expertise Needed
If you have 2-4 years of professional experience, ideally with an NGO, and a strong background in monitoring, evaluation, program management, and strategy development, we want to hear from you! You should have a solid grasp of M&E systems, be familiar with web-based data systems, and thrive in a dynamic, cross-disciplinary environment. Understanding Mastercard Foundation’s tools and expectations is an added advantage, as is expertise in data management, quality assurance, and research.
We’re also seeking candidates with advanced computer skills in STATA, SPSS, Excel, and Access. Experience in project proposal writing, theory of change development, and research is a plus.
