HRNS Ethiopia invites eligible, qualified and legally registered suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of durable, high-quality jute bags for coffee storage for the Motto Field Office.

Purpose of the procurement: The jute bags will support improved coffee-quality storage and marketability and strengthen the capacity of selected cooperatives, complementing previous capacity-building interventions.
MANDATORY BIDDER REQUIREMENTS
- Valid business license for the supply of agricultural equipment or related goods.
- Valid Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and VAT registration certificate.
- Proven track record in providing similar equipment or agricultural supplies.
FINANCIAL QUOTATION REQUIREMENTS
- Unit price before VAT.
- Total price before VAT for 1,260 pieces.
- VAT and other applicable taxes.
- Total price including VAT.
- Transportation, loading, unloading and delivery costs.
- Delivery location and proposed delivery period.
- Quotation validity of at least 30 calendar days.
TECHNICAL AND QUALITY REQUIREMENTS
- The bags must be manufactured from strong and durable jute material suitable for coffee storage and handling.
- Each bag must safely hold approximately 100 kg of coffee.
- The approximate weight of each empty bag must be 1 kg.
- Stitching must be strong, uniform and appropriate for repeated storage, loading and transportation.
- Bags must be clean, dry and free from holes, stains, unpleasant odors, contamination and manufacturing defects.
- The required logo must be printed clearly on one side, based on artwork approved by HRNS Ethiopia.
- Bulk production and delivery shall commence only after HRNS Ethiopia approves the sample.
- HRNS Ethiopia reserves the right to inspect the bags before and during delivery and to reject goods that do not match the approved sample or specification.
