About the Organization
HRNS-Ethiopia is an international non-governmental organization implementing development programs across Ethiopia. To ensure effective service delivery and operational excellence, the organization seeks to procure reliable and high-performance desktop computers for its staff and departments.
Objective of the Procurement
The objective of this procurement is to acquire brand-new, business-class desktop computers that meet the organization’s operational requirements and technical standards.
Technical Specifications
The desktop computers to be supplied shall meet or exceed the following minimum specifications:

- Processor: Intel Core i5 (12th Generation or higher)
- Memory: Minimum 8 GB RAM
- Storage: Minimum 512 GB SSD
- Graphics: Integrated Intel Graphics
- Operating System: Genuine Microsoft Windows 11 Professional (Licensed)

Additional requirements:
- All equipment must be brand new and unused.
- Equipment shall be supplied complete with power cables and necessary accessories.
- Operating system shall be pre-installed, activated, and ready for use.
- Equipment shall be delivered fully assembled and operational.
Submission Requirements
Interested suppliers shall submit the following documents:
Technical Proposal
- Company profile
- Detailed technical specifications of the proposed desktop computer
- Manufacturer brochures/datasheets
- Delivery schedule
- Warranty and after-sales support details
- Evidence of previous similar supplies (if available)
Financial Proposal
- Detailed quotation indicating unit price and total price
- All applicable taxes clearly indicated
- Delivery costs included where applicable
Mandatory Documents
- Valid business license for the current year
- Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate
- VAT registration certificate (where applicable)
- Renewed trade registration certificate
- Consultancy
