I. JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the People and Administration Lead, the Administration and Logistics Officer is responsible for the effective coordination and implementation of Frontieri Consult PLC’s administration and logistics activities.
The position holder is responsible for providing efficient administrative and logistics services, including procurement support, office and facility management, office rent agreement administration, vehicle and transportation coordination, inventory and asset management, insurance administration, travel arrangements, and logistical support for project activities, workshops, trainings, and field assignments.
The position holder ensures that administrative and logistics activities are implemented efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with Frontieri Consult PLC’s policies, procedures, and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day office administration, including facilities, office supplies, maintenance, communications, and office services.
- Support procurement and supplier management, ensuring compliance with organizational procedures and cost-effective use of resources.
- Coordinate vehicles, drivers, transportation, maintenance, insurance, and related documentation.
- Provide logistical support for workshops, trainings, project activities, travel, field visits, and other organizational events.
- Manage inventory, stores, fixed assets, and property records, including periodic physical verification and reporting.
- Maintain accurate administrative, procurement, logistics, contract, asset, and inventory records and prepare periodic reports.
- Ensure compliance with administrative, procurement, logistics, asset management, and financial procedures and support operational efficiency.
- Perform other related administration and logistics duties assigned by the People and Administration Lead.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Procurement and Supply Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in administration, logistics, procurement, office management, or a related field.
- Experience in a consulting firm, professional services organization, or project-based environment is an advantage.
