Job Description
The Life & Peace Institute (LPI) is seeking a qualified consultant to develop a comprehensive, evidence-based case study paper documenting and analysing the experiences, achievements, innovations, challenges, and lessons learned from its Transitional Justice and Reconciliation (TJR) Small Grants initiative.
The selected consultant will conduct desk reviews and Key Informant Interviews (KII) with grantee organisations and beneficiaries, including women and youth, to capture institutional learning, highlight specific success stories, and formulate forward-looking recommendations for future community-driven grant-making cycles.
Applicants must hold a minimum of a Master’s degree in a relevant field and possess at least seven years of professional experience in transitional justice, reconciliation, or peacebuilding within the Horn of Africa, alongside excellent qualitative research and English report-writing skills.
