About Us

Eagle Company seeks a dedicated Junior Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and support our sales efforts. This role is perfect for recent graduates with a keen interest in supervision and management.

Position Overview

The Junior Supervisor will manage daily activities, ensure efficient operations, and contribute to sales and promotional activities. This role involves coordinating with different departments and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervisory Tasks:
    • Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
    • Manage and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
    • Monitor productivity and address any operational issues.
  2. Sales and Promotion:
    • Assist in executing sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to drive product sales and market growth.
  3. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare operational reports and provide insights for performance improvement.
    • Analyze sales data and operational metrics to support decision-making.

Gender: Female/Male

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing/Marketing Management, Accounting/accounting and Finance, Economics or a related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and marketing skills.

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates from the Classes of 2024 (2016 E.C.), 2025 (2017 E.C.), and 2026 (2018 E.C.) with no work experience.
  • Graduates from the Classes of 2024 (2016 E.C.), 2025 (2017 E.C.), and 2026 (2018 E.C.) with up to two (2) years of work experience.

     

GPA Requirement: A minimum Cumulative GPA of 2.8

Other Requirements

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work and live with team

Language Proficiency:

  • Proficiency in Afan Oromo (Mandatory)
  • Good command in Amharic
  • Good command of English.
