Position Title: Dinner Event Coordinator / Venue Service Provider
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Reports To: EAPN On-Ground Coordinator
Duration: June 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026
Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified service provider to organize and manage dinner events for approximately 500 conference delegates across three consecutive evenings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and manage suitable venues.
- Coordinate seating arrangements and event setup.
- Manage food and catering requirements.
- Address dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, halal, and allergies.
- Ensure smooth execution of dinner events.
Deliverables
- Three successful dinner events.
- Diverse menu and quality event delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large-scale hospitality events.
- Capacity to host 500+ guests.
- Strong event management skills.
