Position Title: Media and Communications Service Provider
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Reports To: EAPN On-Ground Coordinator
Duration: June 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026
Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Media and Communications Service Provider to support media engagement and communication activities for the conference.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute media outreach plans.
- Coordinate relationships with local and regional media houses.
- Facilitate press conferences and media briefings.
- Create real-time social media content.
- Prepare post-event media reports.
- Manage print, broadcast, digital, and social media communications.
Deliverables
- Comprehensive media coverage report.
- Documentation of all media placements and communications activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in media relations and communications.
- Strong network with local and regional media outlets.
- Fluency in English and Amharic is required.
- Excellent writing and content creation skills.
