Position Title: Logistics Coordinator / Transport Service Provider
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Reports To: EAPN On-Ground Coordinator
Duration: June 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026
Organization Background
The East Africa Philanthropy Network (EAPN), in partnership with CCRDA, is organizing the 10th East Africa Philanthropy Conference from June 16–20, 2026 at Ethiopian Skylight Hotel, Addis Ababa.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator/Service Provider to provide safe, timely, and efficient transportation support for conference delegates, speakers, VIP guests, and the EAPN Secretariat team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate airport pickup and drop-off schedules.
- Manage delegate transportation arrangements.
- Organize dedicated shuttle services for dinner events and excursions.
- Monitor vehicle deployment and movement schedules.
- Maintain transportation logs and reports.
- Ensure smooth transportation operations throughout the event.
Deliverables
- Daily transportation logs.
- Incident-free transportation operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in transport and logistics operations.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage reliable vehicle fleets.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Valid business registration and licenses.
- Passenger transportation insurance where applicable.
