Job Description
Development through Adult and Non-Formal education (DANFE) is a local CSO established July 2004 by the number of Volunteers who were dedicated to support vulnerable community groups in the country. Since its establishment, it works both on Development and Humanitarian interventions. DANFE has been working in the area of Humanitarian support, Survivor centered protection and GBV service, Emergency education Response, , Humanitarian support for IDPs, Accelerated Learning program(ALP) for over-aged out of school children, Women Economic Empowerment, climate change resilient livelihoods, Peace building and conflict prevention,
Role and Responsibility
- Support case workers in documentation
- Help in data entry and filing
- Assist in follow-up of cases
- Provide administrative support
Salary: – As per as the organization scale
Project duration:-12 months (May 1,2026 – April 30,2027

Qualification
Education
- Diploma or degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or related field.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in case management, data entry, or community outreach
Required skill
- needs and risk assessments skill
- skill of case management from intake to case closure.
- Maintain accurate, confidential case files.
- Knowledge of case documentation, filing systems, and referral procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management tools.
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under supervision in field settings
