Job Description
Development through Adult and Non-Formal education (DANFE) is a local CSO established July 2004 by the number of Volunteers who were dedicated to support vulnerable community groups in the country. Since its establishment, it works both on Development and Humanitarian interventions. DANFE has been working in the area of Humanitarian support, Survivor centered protection and GBV service, Emergency education Response, , Humanitarian support for IDPs, Accelerated Learning program(ALP) for over-aged out of school children, Women Economic Empowerment, climate change resilient livelihoods, Peace building and conflict prevention,
Role and Responsibility
- Identify and support vulnerable individuals.
- Monitor protection risks in the community
- Provide referrals to services (health, legal, psychosocial).
- Ensure protection principles are followed
- Experience in community-based protection, advocacy, and referral coordination
- Strong report writing, assessment, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in volatile security contexts; previous work with UNHCR, INGOs, or government protection agencies is a plus.
Salary: – As per as the organization scale
Project duration:-12 months (May 1,2026 – April 30,2027

Qualification
Education
- 1st Degree in law, human rights, social work, international relations, or related field
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in protection programming, human rights monitoring, or legal assistance
