Position: Senior Sales Officer – Agricultural Inputs
Employment Type: 6 month contract
Salary: Negotiable

We are looking for a highly driven, results-oriented Senior Sales Officer with practical field experience and multi-skill capability beyond traditional sales roles

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Science, Agricultural Economics,
• Related field 3–5 yrs. practical experience in agricultural input sales (fertilizer, seeds, and agrochemicals).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

  • Develop new markets: regions, cooperatives, distributors
  • Build strong relationships with farmers & agro-dealers
• Agricultural Input Sales
  • Promote & sell liquid organic fertilizer & related products
  • Provide basic technical guidance & on-field demonstrations
• Customer Relationship Management
  • Manage key clients & ensure repeat business
  • Resolve customer issues professionally
  • Maintain a structured customer database
• Sales Reporting & Data Management
  • Submit daily, weekly & monthly sales reports
  • Track leads, conversions & customer activity
  • Analyze lost sales & provide insights
• Market Intelligence & Strategy
  • Monitor competitors & market trends
  • Identify customer needs & recommend improvements
  • Support management with strategic insights
• System & Process Discipline
  • Follow structured sales processes & reporting systems
  • Maintain accountability for targets & activities
  • Support CRM implementation
