Position: Senior Sales Officer – Agricultural Inputs
Employment Type: 6 month contract
Salary: Negotiable

We are looking for a highly driven, results-oriented Senior Sales Officer with practical field experience and multi-skill capability beyond traditional sales roles
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Science, Agricultural Economics,
• Related field 3–5 yrs. practical experience in agricultural input sales (fertilizer, seeds, and agrochemicals).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Core Competencies & Skills:
• Revenue & Market Expansion
- Achieve/exceed monthly & quarterly targets
- Develop new markets: regions, cooperatives, distributors
- Build strong relationships with farmers & agro-dealers
• Agricultural Input Sales
- Promote & sell liquid organic fertilizer & related products
- Provide basic technical guidance & on-field demonstrations
• Customer Relationship Management
- Manage key clients & ensure repeat business
- Resolve customer issues professionally
- Maintain a structured customer database
• Sales Reporting & Data Management
- Submit daily, weekly & monthly sales reports
- Track leads, conversions & customer activity
- Analyze lost sales & provide insights
• Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor competitors & market trends
- Identify customer needs & recommend improvements
- Support management with strategic insights
• System & Process Discipline
- Follow structured sales processes & reporting systems
- Maintain accountability for targets & activities
- Support CRM implementation
