About the Project
YMCA Ethiopia, in partnership with Cheshire Ethiopia (CE) and funded by Liliane Fonds (LF), implements BEN Ethiopia to support CYWDs and families with holistic, rights-based services.
Key Duties
- Identify, register, and manage cases for CYWDs using CE tools; develop and monitor individual support plans.
- Provide psychosocial support, peer/caregiver groups, and address stigma/isolation.
- Build referral pathways to health, education, livelihoods, and social services; follow up on outcomes.
- Collect disaggregated data, contribute to reports, and document beneficiary stories with consent.
- Adhere to safeguarding policies and report incidents promptly.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or Disability Studies.
- 2 years and above in social work/case management with children/PWDs; psychosocial experience preferred
- Empathetic communication, confidentiality skills; local knowledge, basic MS Office
