Procurement of Disability Inclusive Resource Center and Incubation center Materials

INTRODUCTION

The Ethiopian Center for Disability and Development (ECDD) is a non-governmental, non-partisan, and non-profit organization committed to promoting the rights and opportunities of persons with disabilities through policy advocacy and the mainstreaming of disability inclusion in service delivery, development programs, and humanitarian actions. Established in 2005 and re-registered by the Agency for Civil Society Organizations, ECDD works toward an inclusive Ethiopia where persons with disabilities exercise their human rights and access mainstream services on an equal basis.

RISE is among the inclusive livelihood Projects.

Under the RISE Project (Resilient and Inclusive Systems for Employment), ECDD aims to strengthen inclusive education, skills development, and entrepreneurship support systems. As part of this initiative, ECDD invites eligible, qualified, and reputable suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of Inclusive Resource and Incubation Center Materials to support the implementation of RISE project activities.

1. About the Materials to be supplied

Bidders are invited to supply the following assistive and disability-inclusive materials for Incubation and resource centers

Note: Quantities may vary subject to minor adjustments depending on budget utilization and field needs.

Eligibility and Bid Requirements

Eligible vendors must submit valid and complete documentation, including:

• Company profile demonstrating relevant experience
• Renewed business/trade license valid for the current fiscal year
• Valid TIN and VAT registration certificates
• All prices in Ethiopian Birr (ETB)
• Prices inclusive of VAT, delivery/transport, handling, and all related costs
• Quotation must follow the official Price Schedule Template

General Conditions

• All items supplied must be new, original, and of high quality
• Refurbished or used items will not be accepted
• For assembled items, the country of origin must be clearly stated
• Suppliers must quote one option per item only (no multiple brands per line item)
• Indicate the number of days the prices will be valid after the date of the submission
• ECDD reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, partially or fully
• Bids must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of announcement at the ECDD Head Office.

Pricing and Payment

• Prices must be quoted in ETB, including VAT, delivery, loading/unloading, and all associated costs
• No advance payment will be made
• Payment will be made right after:
  ✓ Full delivery
  ✓ Inspection and acceptance of items
  ✓ Submission of valid invoice
• Payment will be processed through bank transfer or Cheque, subject to mandatory tax deductions (if applicable)

Time Schedule

The delivery of materials is expected to be completed within 10 (Ten) calendar days.
