Position: Assistant Program Officer

Major responsibilities and tasks: 

  • Plan, organize, implement and monitor the performance of the project activities;
  • Collect project performance data periodically, and keeps proper documentation;
  • Produce quarterly and annual performance reports, review it with team;
  • Periodically visit activities, discuss with staff and provide feedback;

Terms of Employments: One year contract with the possibility of extension.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Salary: Negotiable

About You

Education: B.A. Degree in Social work, Sociology, Psychology, Management, Economics or related

Sex: Male or Female

Work experience: 3-5 Years of relevant experience

Technical Skills:

  • Concept paper development, budget planning, management, monitoring and evaluation, report writing & communications skills;
Required Skills
