Job Description
Do you have Bachelor (BA) or Degree from a recognized university/college in International Development, Business Administration?
Do you have experience in 2-3 years in the same field, preferably in an international NGO?
Do you have relevant experience in Project Management cycle and tools, and contract management?

The Role:
Oxfam {affiliate/} is looking for Support the Business Development and Funding Team in the main contract and grant management activities, as well as partnership management.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:
- Bachelor (BA) or Degree from a recognized university/college in International Development, Business Administration, or other areas that bring an added value to the related job.
- Relevant experience of 2-3 years in the same field, preferably in an international NGO
- Relevant experience in Project Management cycle and tools, and contract management
- Knowledge and experience in managing multi-sectoral humanitarian and development programmes, especially on WASH, food security, and livelihoods.
- Proven experience of working with National and Local NGOs, and ability to create and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- A good understanding of organizational development issues.
- An understanding of gender and diversity considerations within key areas of responsibility and commitment to addressing inequalities in the workplace and the programme.
- Knowledge of capacity building, learning and development activities, and how to create a learning and sharing environment with a strong knowledge management basis.
- Experience and advanced ability in different types of skill transfer, including training, workshops, mentoring, shadowing, and other innovative ways of building people’s capacity
- Excellent personal communication skills, in written and verbal English and Amharic, with high-impact influencing and persuasive skills. Able to use different approaches to achieve followership
- Competent in the use of computers and Microsoft, especially spreadsheets (Excel), accounting packages, word processing (Word), and PowerPoint. Competent in the use of email packages
