As a pioneering national NGO, it has been serving the needy through transformational investment, operating seven branches and area projects in different regions, as well as a university college in Addis Ababa. Work Location:
- Addis Ababa with frequent travel to the field
Salary and Benefits

- Contract, dependent on the project duration.
About You
Education:
- Minimum Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Management Education or related fields.
Special Skills/Training:
- Educational policy analysis
- Report writing
- Project proposal preparation
- Computer literacy
- Pedagogical training
- Communication skills
Experience:
- 10 years for Bachelor’s / 6 years for Master’s holders
- Out of which 2 years must be in a supervisory role
- Microsoft Office Pack: Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, PowerPoint
