Marketing Manager – Power Cable Industry

We are currently hiring on behalf of our client, TBEA Co., Ltd. They are seeking a Marketing Manager with strong experience in the Power Cable Industry.

In Ethiopia, TBEA actively supports national electrification and industrial development through reliable and innovative energy solutions.

We are seeking three experienced and driven Marketing Manager with a minimum of 1 year’ s relevant industry experience to support our business expansion in Ethiopia. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in the power cable and electrical infrastructure, who can proactively explore market opportunities, collect project intelligence, and contribute to strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential projects, market trends, and competitive landscape.

· Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

· Lead and support the preparation of business proposals, tender documents, and marketing presentations.

· Maintain and update customer and project databases, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.

· Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to execute market expansion strategies.

· Provide operational support to ensure smooth execution of marketing and business development activities.

· Education:

•  Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.

· Experience:

• Minimum 3 year of relevant industry experience in the power cable, electrical infrastructure, or construction sectors.

· Industry Knowledge:

•  Solid understanding of electrical products, power cable specifications, and project bidding processes.

· Business Development Skills:

• Proven ability to identify market opportunities and support sales growth initiatives.

· Communication Skills:

•  Strong interpersonal and professional communication abilities in both written and verbal formats.

· Proactive & Detail-Oriented:

•  Capable of managing multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and initiative.

· Local Market Knowledge:

• Familiarity with the Ethiopian business environment and local regulatory requirements is highly preferred.
