Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The main purpose of the job is to ensure timely and quality reporting and documentations on health especially medical supplies from MTI field offices in Ethiopia. This position will be also responsible for data collection and verification on all MTI operational areas.
JOB RESPONSIBITIES
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
- Support program team in preparation, approval and facilitation of procurement documents and other procurement documents at CO level.
- Support facilitation of supplies transportation to different field offices.
- Support on the timely collection reports and documentation of Stock report, consumption report and related documents from different field offices.
- Support the program team in collecting, organizing, filing or documenting regular program data and reports.
- Receive, clean, and compile data from field health facilities on medical commodity use.
- Collect and maintain outbreak line lists (cholera, measles, malaria, etc.) from health facilities.
- Support data entry and basic analysis of trends to inform outbreak preparedness and response.
- Support and participate in reviewing program-based success stories and lessons.
- Compile pipelines and facilitate review and on time sharing from field offices.
- Facilitate approval and settlement of advances from field offices.
- Assist in documentation of pharmaceutical donations, distributions, and usage.
- Organizing and facilitating meetings, workshops and trainings.
- Demonstrate progressive learning and engage in continuous self-development under the direct supervision of his/her supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned.
About You
EDUCATION, LICENSES, & CERTFICATION
- BSC in Health Officer, Pharmacy and related field of study with a GPA of 3.6 and above.

- Position open to fresh graduates without prior experience.
