1. Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the daily construction activities to ensure they align with project plans and specifications.
  • Collaborating with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Providing technical guidance and assistance to the construction team, resolving technical issues, and interpreting
  • Technical drawings.
  • Implementing and maintaining quality control processes to ensure work meets industry standards and project requirements.
  • Ensuring all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Maintaining accurate records of construction activities, budgets, materials, and changes to project plans
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of construction activities, including delays and issues.

2. Office Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review contract and specifications in its entirety
  • Assist building Manager, facility and property management and Project Engineer as required
  • Assist with all schedule preparations and updates
  • Assist with quantity reporting, project costs and forecasting
  • Obtain pricing from subcontractors and vendors to include charge orders
  • Requisition equipment and material deliveries as required
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and workforce to resolve project challenges and conflicts
  • Manage document control to include submittal schedules, contract documents, project record drawings, etc.
  • Prepare and maintain technical submittal list, permits, and Project Progress Schedule as required
  • Comply with notice requirements such as inspections, survey staking, joint measurements with owner and/or engineer, utility locations and adjustments, testing, claims, etc.
  • Issue correspondence to subcontractors and vendors when revised plan and/or specifications affects products or services
  • Having good knowledge related to renovation, maintenance and contract administration works

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintaining the general ledger, preparing journal entries, and reconciling accounts.
  • Managing the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyzing financial data, preparing reports for management, and identifying trends and variances.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, etc.) and internal controls.
  • Assisting with internal and external audits.
  • Supervising and training junior accountants.
  • Contributing to the budget preparation and financial forecasting process.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in accounting processes and procedures.
  • Managing cash flows and ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
