New Leaf Medical Complex is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and committed Procurement Officer to join our healthcare team. The role is responsible for identifying procurement needs and executing cost-effective strategies for the timely acquisition of hospital equipment, medications, and general supplies. The Procurement Officer will support patient care excellence and operational efficiency by ensuring that departmental objectives and institutional standards for governance and organisational sustainability are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Procurement & Planning
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to identify and forecast procurement needs.
- Support the development of procurement strategies to ensure the acquisition of high-quality and cost-effective medical and general supplies.
- Identify opportunities for organisational sustainability through strategic sourcing and market analysis.
2. Operational Procurement & Order Management
- Manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, from requisition to final delivery.
- Track deliveries and monitor lead times to ensure zero disruption in hospital operations.
- Coordinate routine order tracking independently to maintain optimal stock levels.
3. Vendor Coordination & Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding order placement and follow-up.

- Coordinate with the Procurement Manager for the selection and onboarding of new vendors.
4. Administrative Support & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate and meticulous purchase records, including contracts, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Ensure all procurement documentation is organised and ready for internal audits or management review.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic procurement and supply chain reports.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to institutional governance standards and healthcare regulations.
- Monitor vendor performance and integrity to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Seek necessary approvals for high-value purchase orders and non-standard acquisitions.

The General Driver will support the complex’s operational efficiency by ensuring timely transit, maintaining vehicle readiness, and strictly adhering to safety protocols
Key Responsibilities
1. Transportation & Core Operations
- Safely transport staff, patients, and medical supplies to designated appointments and facilities.
- Assist passengers with vehicle entry and exit, ensuring their comfort and safety during transit.
- Prioritize transit routes and schedules independently to ensure punctuality for all hospital-related transport duties.
2. Vehicle Maintenance & Readiness
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic readiness of assigned vehicles at all times.
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicle conditions (fuel, oil, tires, and brakes) and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Keep accurate vehicle logs, including mileage, fuel consumption, and transit history.
3. Safety & Compliance
