The Finance Officer will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of the GBV project, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Budgeting
- Prepare, monitor, and manage the GBV project budget in collaboration with the program team.
- Ensure that expenditures align with approved budgets and donor requirements.
- Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support project planning and decision-making.
- Assist in the development of budget proposals for new funding opportunities.
Accounting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.

Financial Reporting

Education

- Professional Certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in NGOs or donor-funded projects.

2. GBV Program Manager | Kelafo, Jijiga, Ethiopia (Deadline: March 10, 2025).
Purpose of the Position
The GBV Program Manager will lead the design, implementation, coordination, and monitoring of GBV prevention and response interventions in Kelafo and Jijiga. The position requires strong technical expertise in GBV programming, stakeholder engagement, and capacity-building to ensure a comprehensive, survivor-centered approach aligned with international standards. Reporting to the Executive Director, the GBV Program Manager will oversee program activities, ensure high-quality service delivery, and contribute to advocacy efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management and Implementation
- Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of GBV programs, ensuring quality, effectiveness, and alignment with CRW’s strategy and donor requirements.
- Oversee the development of GBV prevention and response interventions, including case management, psychosocial support, legal aid, and referral mechanisms.
- Ensure the integration of GBV risk mitigation measures across other sectors, including health, education, and economic empowerment programs.
- Develop and manage work plans, budgets, and procurement plans for GBV programs.
- Provide regular updates to the Executive Director on program progress, challenges, and opportunities for scaling impact.
Technical Support and Capacity Building
- Provide technical guidance to staff, partners, and government stakeholders on GBV prevention and response.

Coordination and Partnerships

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Advanced degree in Gender Studies, Social Work, Law, Public Health, International Development, or a related field.

The GBV Project Officer will support the implementation of the project by overseeing activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring effective and timely delivery of services.
Job Purpose:
The GBV Project Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day management, implementation, and monitoring of GBV-related activities. The position involves working closely with community members, implementing partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure that the project’s objectives are met, with a strong focus on the safety and dignity of survivors.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Implementation:
• Oversee the implementation of GBV project activities, ensuring alignment with program objectives and donor requirements.
• Coordinate community-based awareness campaigns, support services for survivors, and capacity-building activities.
• Ensure that activities adhere to international standards, including the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC) Guidelines and other GBV standards.
Case Management and Survivor Support:
