1. IT Professional | Addis Ababa (Deadline : March 6. 2025).

We’re currently seeking an IT Professional with a focus on social media and website management to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and providing technical support when needed.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to safeguard our systems and data integrity.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement technology solutions that support our mission and objectives.
Take charge of our social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement strategies to expand our reach and impact.
Oversee the organization’s website, ensuring that content is up-to-date, engaging, and aligns with our mission and branding.
Monitor website traffic and social media analytics, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize our online presence.

About You

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT roles, with demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure management.
Proficiency in social media management and website administration.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Passion for our organization’s mission and values.
