We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence and build engaging online communities. Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
- Plan and schedule posts across various platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Content Creation and Management:
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for all social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and stories.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure visually appealing and engaging content.
- Write compelling captions and posts tailored to the target audience and platform.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster positive interactions with followers, building a loyal online community.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback via social media channels, escalating issues when necessary.
Performance Analysis:
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
- Provide recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the marketing and brand communication teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with external agencies or influencers for social media collaborations and campaigns.
Market Research:
- Conduct research on audience preferences and competitor activities to refine social media strategies.
- Identify new opportunities to grow and engage the online audience.
About You
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience in a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent content creation and writing skills.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and digital advertising platforms.
- Creative thinking and a passion for social media and brand building.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
