Job Description: Medical Tourism Sales Associate
Overview: We are looking for a motivated and articulate Sales Associate to join our team. This role focuses on selling services rather than physical products. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to effectively convey the benefits of our services to potential clients over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and initiate the sales process.
- Engage in proactive lead generation and follow-up on leads provided by marketing or generated through other channels.
- Maintain a high volume of outbound calls to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Service Presentation:
- Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our services to potential clients.
- Customize sales pitches based on client needs and effectively handle objections.
- Provide accurate information about pricing, packages, and service offerings.
- Relationship Building:
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and enhance customer retention.
- Follow up with prospective clients who have shown interest in our services.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Sales Tracking and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management to track progress towards sales targets.
- Utilize sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

About You
Qualification:
- Proven experience (2 years) in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in selling services.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage clients over the phone.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
