Job Description
Professional in education, preferably with a teaching background and experience in inclusion. The Junior Expert will work under supervision and guidance of the Team Leader. This position is for 24 months. The Junior Expert is envisioned to bring support for the Team Leader in the management related activities, such as communication and visibility, monitoring and evaluation and usage of different technical and digital tools for learning, sharing and documentation.
Qualifications required

– At least a Bachelor’s but preferably Master’s degree in a field related to Education;
– Excellent communication skills;
– Ability to be creative and use resources that are locally available for teaching and learning:
– Results-driven, highly organized;
– Sensitivity towards gender, ethnic and cultural identities;
– Commitment to teamwork with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality;
– Commitment to continuous learning;
– Good IT, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
Professional experience required
– Minimum two years of experience in teaching;
– Prior experience in teaching children with diverse needs and disabilities;
– Knowledge of major international inclusive education policies and practices;
– Experience in developing tools and materials for inclusive education will be an asset;
– Prior experience of working in international context will be an asset;
– Prior experience in school-based research will be an asset.
