Job Description
Development Expertise Center (DEC) is a National Civil Society Organization (CSO) aspires to see all marginalized children properly fostered. The organization has four major programme areas; Child Development, Gender and Life Skill Development; Skills and Entrepreneurship Development and Lobby & advocacy . DEC works in three National Regional States of Amhara, Afar and Oromia and Addis Ababa City Administration. DEC would like to recruit on Consortium Manager position.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plans and Coordinates one or more program/s of the Consortium including fundraising and budgeting of the consortium he/she lead.
- Manage consortium Partnership, Organize Consortium meeting, set the agenda and manage all the necessary activities.
- Mapping potential resources which is related to their program and develop fund raising book/pitch book based on their program priorities and expertise.
- Deploy innovative tools and methodologies on their program implementation.
- Ensures, Supports, and guides that the program’s strategic objectives and results are fully achieved and meet expected technical quality standards.
- Ensures appropriate policies, systems, procedures, and structures are in place at all times to properly manage the programs/projects
- Accountable for coordinating and providing necessary technical support to all programmatic activities of the organization related to the program he/she lead

Job Requirements
Education &work experience
- At least MSc/MA in Social Work , sociology and other related fields
- At least 4 years direct CSO/Local NGO work experience
Additional Skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team work management skills
- Good communication skill
