RFP TITLE: CALL FOR BASELINE ASSESSMENT FOR M4S ACTIVITY
Population Services International Ethiopia(PSIE) works with both the private and public sector in HIV/AIDS prevention and Treatment, Sexual and Reproductive Health, Non-Communicable Diseases and Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH).
Market for Sanitation (M4S) Activity is a recent USAID awarded Activity to PSIE to be implemented in eight regions of Ethiopia (Oromia, Amhara, SNNP (Southwest, South Ethiopia and Central Ethiopia), Tigray, Sidama, and Somali regions). As its initial phase, PSIE will conduct a baseline assessment that draw upon knowledge from the Transform WASH intervention gap analysis and endline evaluation conducted in 2023.
The general objective of the baseline assessment is to establish a comprehensive baseline data and information for USAID M4S Activity to enable benchmark the baseline situation understands the context and measure progress towards targets. The Baseline Assessment Reports will provide a detailed essence of the current M4S service and utilization status and institutional capacity within each location and will further analyze the current gaps, challenges, opportunities and areas for potential interventions for improving inclusive M4S service delivery and customer access and satisfaction in Ethiopia.
