Miklol Consulting & Research is looking for young candidate with a formal educational background in business development with Digital skills, Research skills, Hard Working and willingness to learn.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop plans and proposals to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals
• Research competition to identify threats and opportunities
• Assess the company’s operational and strategic performance
• Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with overall strategy
• Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes (e.g. shift in strategic focus, mergers and acquisitions)
• Educate senior executives in making effective decisions
• Construct forecasts and analytical models
• Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes
• Assist in day to day financial and administrative tasks
• Perform other duties as may be required

The eligibility requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in business development, Marketing, Social Science, and other related filed with at least one year working experience in any field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Fluent both in English and Amharic languages
• Ability to apply technology to appropriate task
• Ability to work well within a team
